Beginning Reading Books
Where Can I Find Beginning Reading Books?
When children are beginning to read, it's important that they read books at an appropriate reading level. If books are too hard, they will get frustrated and stop reading. If books are too easy, they'll be bored. Many companies sell beginning reading books at different levels. When your child is just beginning to read, select books at the lowest level. As these books become easy, you can select books at a higher level. Once your child has read the highest level of beginning reading books, he or she can move on to chapter books.
Look for beginning reading books at your local library or bookstore. Most libraries and bookstores have special sections devoted to beginning reading stores. Librarians can often recommend popular titles or series. Your child's teacher may also have suggestions for beginning reading books appropriate for your child.
